PD needs to be calibrated to the
level of power / positionality of
people receiving it. This is where it
ties to organizing - People receiving
that `PD becomes then in support
of the people they are serving.
Professional Development can sometimes feel
disconnected from organizing.
While Professional Development focuses on
advancing yourself, organizing is for the collective.
But what if the self is in service, in support of? This
PD I am going to be working on hopefully I am
going to bring this to my work and to my
organizing - I've expanded my own world view to
be able to organize in service of.
