For me, it means when I focus on liberatory and liberation, we are providing space for us all to be our authentic selves (whatever that means) in the pursuit of justice (however we get there)

Seeing folks attending our conferences. Seeing folks earlier in their journey and now becoming co-conspirators in their own way and honing in their skillset around the work and become national trainers. A whole cycle from folks being trained to now training people. That is a great joy.
